A Fractal Image Tribute to Marjan, the Famous Lion of the Kabul Zoo in Afghanistan, who withstood 23 years of bombings and a direct hit with a handgranade that took out his right eye. He became the symbol of endurance, perseverance, survival, and, finally, tragedy for the Afghan People. He died on January 24, 2002.
